Due to the fact that our servers are located in Canada and the USA, users from outside of these regions are likely to face a re-login issue (except in some rare exception).
If you are experiencing a checkpoint required or challenge required issues when connecting your account on socisend, in most cases, it should be resolved automatically by Socisend. However, in very rare cases, you might want to read follow this guide below.
Step 1: Go to instagram.com and log into your account
Step 2: A notification message will immediately pop up after login requesting you to confirm if you tried login in elsewhere.
You need to confirm your identity if requested and then click the It Was Me button on the next prompt.
After confirming this, go back to SociSend to add your account.
The 2nd Method is to go back to your Instagram account . This method requires you to temporarily disable your Instagram account, wait for 2 hours and then add it to SociSend. This is a temporary solution. It impossible for some users to bypass the checkpoint as it keeps bouncing back to checkpoint. After clicking THIS WAS ME
Step 1: Go to Instagram.com on desktop and login to your account
Step 2: Click on your profile name
Step 3: Click the Edit Profile button
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Temporary Disable My Account
Step 5: Select the Just Need a Break option, enter your password and click on the Temporary Disable Account button.
Step 6: All you need to do now is wait for 2 hours.
Step 7: After the waiting period. Go back to your SociSend and add your Instagram Account. And it’ll be activated automatically.
Note: Temporarily disabling your account does NOT have any negative impact on the account. Do NOT login to Instagram on any device during the waiting period, you should use other devices after you have successfully added your account to SociSend.
